A bot doesn't trade all the time. It waits for its setup, and some days have no trades at all. If it has been quiet for unusually long, check these.
Step 1: Does the Experts tab show "license check failed"?
If so, check these 4 things:
- https://script.google.com is added under Tools → Options → Expert Advisors
- The account logged in to MT5 is the one you registered
- AutoTrading is green
- You have closed and reopened MT5 once
Step 2: Your license hasn't expired and the bot isn't paused
Tap "สถานะของฉัน" (My status) on LINE. Check the expiry date and whether the bot was paused.
Step 3: The chart and symbol are right
The EA must be on your broker's XAUUSD chart (some brokers add a suffix to the name), on the timeframe our admin gave you.
Step 4: The market is open
The gold market is closed on Saturday and Sunday, and pauses briefly every day in the early morning, Thai time.
