A VPS is a rented computer on the internet that stays on 24/7, so your bot keeps working when your own computer is off.
Step 1: Rent a Windows VPS
Ask for the plan we recommend from the "เช่า VPS" (Rent a VPS) menu on LINE. The provider sends you an IP, a username and a password.
Step 2: Connect with Remote Desktop
- Windows: open Remote Desktop Connection and enter the IP
- Mac or phone: use the Windows App (formerly Microsoft Remote Desktop)
Then enter the username and password you were given.
Step 3: Install MT5 on the VPS
Open the browser inside the VPS, download MT5 from your broker's website and install it.
Step 4: Log in to your MT5 account
Go to File → Login to Trade Account and enter your login and password.
The Server must match the one in your broker's email. "Invalid account" usually means the wrong Server, not the wrong password.
Step 5: Close Remote Desktop the right way
Click the X on the Remote Desktop window to leave. Programs on the VPS keep running.
Don't choose Sign out or Shut down inside the VPS. MT5 would close and the bot would stop.
Never send your VPS or MT5 password in chat. If you already did, change it.
