Trading League
Trading League rules
Draft rules · The formula and numbers on this page may change before the league opens
Who can join
- KuyTrade customers with an active license
- Live accounts only. Demo accounts are not accepted.
- One account per person in each division
- Rounds run monthly on Thai time. If you join after the 3rd, you start in the next round.
- There are no prizes, only rankings
How the two divisions are decided
- The system looks at how each trade was opened, not at what the competitor says
- Automated trading: counts trades opened by a program (EA). Any EA is allowed.
- Manual trading: counts trades you open yourself, including ones opened from the Trade Manager panel
- An account is in one division per round, and only trades of that division count
- The KUY BOT label appears when trades come from a KuyTrade bot and the account holds that bot’s license. Everything else shows as Other EA.
Edge Score: the full formula
Ranking goes from the highest Edge Score down. The 100 points come from four parts added together. Values between the two bounds scale in a straight line. Each part is rounded to one decimal, then summed.
| Part | Measured by | Max points | Scores 0 at | Full score at |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Return vs risk | Growth % divided by Max DD % | 40 | 0× | 3× or more |
| Profit factor | Total profit divided by total loss | 25 | ≤ 1.0 | ≥ 2.5 |
| Consistency | Share of profitable days among days with closed trades | 20 | ≤ 35% | ≥ 70% |
| Risk control | Max DD %: the lower, the more points | 15 | ≥ 40% | ≤ 5% |
- Growth % is the return compounded trade by trade. Deposits and withdrawals do not affect it, and floating losses on open trades are deducted when the round closes.
- Max DD % is measured from the hourly equity low against the previous peak
- A Max DD below 1% counts as 1%
- Zero or negative Growth scores 0, and those accounts are ordered by Growth
- On a tie, the account with the lower Max DD ranks higher
- Rankings are recalculated every hour, from closed trades only
Worked examples
| Example | Growth | Max DD | Profit factor | Profitable days | Points: Return vs risk | Points: Profit factor | Points: Consistency | Points: Risk control | Edge Score |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Account A | +8% | 3% | 2.2 | 70% | 35.6 | 20.0 | 20.0 | 15.0 | 90.6 |
| Account B | +12% | 6% | 1.8 | 62% | 26.7 | 13.3 | 15.4 | 14.6 | 70.0 |
| Account C | +45% | 38% | 1.3 | 48% | 15.8 | 5.0 | 7.4 | 0.9 | 29.1 |
Account A grew less than account C but scores higher, because its drawdown is much smaller
Minimum criteria to be ranked
You need to meet all of these to get a rank. Until then your name sits in the “not yet qualified” group below the table.
- At least 20 closed trades in automated trading, or 10 in manual trading
- Closed trades on at least 8 days in the round
- A starting balance equal to 100 USD or more
- Max DD of 50% or less
Why rankings get suspended
A suspended account is not shown in the table until the cause is resolved
- There is a gap in the data
- The MT5 reporter has been stopped for more than 48 hours
- The license has expired
- The account turns out not to be a live account
What we show and what we don't
Shown
- The display name you choose
- Edge Score and summary stats in percent
- A daily chart, through the end of the previous day
- The system label (KUY BOT or Other EA)
Not shown
- Trade lists, entry and exit prices, and times
- Open trades
- Balances and account numbers
- Real names and LINE accounts
There is no data download and no API. Consent to appear in the table is separate from Trading Journal consent.
Withdrawing
You can withdraw at any time from the “My league” page, which opens together with the live league
