Setup Guide

Follow these steps to get your EA running on MetaTrader 5.

Requirements

MetaTrader 5 — Latest version from your broker
Operating System — Windows 10/11, or VPS with Windows
Minimum Balance — $500 USD (varies per EA)
Internet — Stable connection, VPS recommended for 24/7
Broker — ICMarkets, Exness, XM, FBS, or compatible

1. Purchase & Download

  1. 1.Browse the Marketplace and select an EA that suits your trading style.
  2. 2.Choose a plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise) and complete the checkout process.
  3. 3.After payment is confirmed by the admin, your subscription will be activated.
  4. 4.Go to your Dashboard to download the EA (.ex5 file).

2. Activate License

  1. 1.Open your Dashboard and go to the Licenses section.
  2. 2.Click "Register License" and enter your MT5 Account ID and Broker name.
  3. 3.The license will be bound to your specific MT5 account for security.
  4. 4.Each plan allows a different number of MT5 accounts (see your plan details).
  5. 5.Licenses are valid for the duration of your subscription.

3. Configure Your EA

  1. 1.Open MetaTrader 5 and navigate to File → Open Data Folder → MQL5 → Experts.
  2. 2.Copy the downloaded .ex5 file into the Experts folder.
  3. 3.Restart MT5 or refresh the Navigator panel.
  4. 4.Drag the EA onto your desired chart (e.g., XAUUSD M15).
  5. 5.In the EA settings dialog, enable "Allow Algo Trading" and configure parameters.
  6. 6.Recommended: Start with default settings and a demo account first.

4. Monitor & Manage

  1. 1.Your Dashboard shows real-time status of all active EAs and licenses.
  2. 2.View trade history, equity charts, and performance metrics.
  3. 3.Use the Bot Configuration page to fine-tune EA parameters remotely.
  4. 4.For Cloud Bot users: deploy, start, stop, and restart bots from the dashboard.
  5. 5.Check your subscription status and renewal dates at any time.
