Kuytrade Marketplace

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kuytrade (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Kuytrade and is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old.

2. Description of Service

Kuytrade is a marketplace for MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisors (EAs) and automated trading tools. The Service includes: EA purchase and licensing, cloud bot deployment, dashboard monitoring, and related support services. We do not provide financial advice or guarantee trading profits.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Kuytrade reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Licensing & Usage

EAs purchased through Kuytrade are licensed, not sold. Each license is bound to specific MT5 accounts as determined by your subscription plan. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any EA files. Licenses are non-transferable and expire at the end of your subscription period.

5. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed manually. After placing an order, you must complete payment via PromptPay, bank transfer, or credit card. Your subscription will be activated after payment confirmation by our admin team. Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with prior notice.

6. Risk Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. EAs are tools that execute predefined strategies — they do not guarantee profits. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose. Kuytrade is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of our products.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kuytrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. This includes but is not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

Kuytrade reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
