  • • Trading information: MT5 account IDs and broker details for license binding
  • • Payment information: transaction records and payment references
  • • Usage data: dashboard interactions, support inquiries, and bot activity logs

2. How We Use Your Information

  • • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • • To process transactions and manage subscriptions
  • • To validate EA licenses and prevent unauthorized usage
  • • To send service-related notifications and support responses
  • • To monitor bot performance and provide analytics

3. Data Security

We take data security seriously. Broker credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with 12 rounds. All API communications use HTTPS/TLS. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances: to comply with legal obligations, to protect our rights and safety, with service providers who assist in operating the platform (under strict confidentiality agreements), or with your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Trade history and bot logs are retained for 1 year after subscription expiry. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support team. Some data may be retained as required by law.
