7-Day Refund Guarantee
We offer a 7-day refund guarantee for first-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with your EA within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. This applies to your first purchase on Kuytrade only.
Eligibility Conditions
- • The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of payment confirmation
- • This must be your first purchase on Kuytrade
- • You must not have violated the Terms of Service (e.g., redistributing EA files)
- • You must provide a reason for the refund request
Non-Refundable Cases
- • Purchases older than 7 days
- • Repeat purchases (second or subsequent subscriptions)
- • Trading losses incurred while using the EA
- • Issues caused by incorrect broker settings or insufficient balance
- • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
How to Request a Refund
- 1.Go to our Contact page and select “Refund Request” as the subject
- 2.Include your account email and order ID in the message
- 3.Explain the reason for your refund request
- 4.Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- 5.If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method
Upon Refund Approval
Once a refund is approved: your subscription will be cancelled immediately, all licenses will be revoked, any running bots will be stopped and destroyed, and you will lose access to the EA files. Your account will remain active and you may purchase again in the future.
